Nicole Eull, PsyD is a psychologist, speaker, and former Director of Wellbeing for one of the largest healthcare systems in the country. With more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and leadership development, she helps organizations build healthier workplaces through better communication, stronger leadership, and science-backed strategies that actually stick.
Nicole is the creator of Moments of Mastery, a keynote that teaches audiences how to pause under pressure, respond with intention, and shift culture one interaction at a time. She’s a certified improv facilitator through Second City and Northwestern Medical School, and her sessions blend research, storytelling, and humor to create unforgettable learning experiences.
